Request supplier information
Prepare clear product-scoped questions, send the secure request, and review the supplier's response.
App documentation
Set up the Shopify app, collect product information from suppliers, review each response, and control what reaches the storefront.
Getting started
ComplyDock connects supplier requests, structured responses, supporting documents, merchant decisions, and approved storefront information to the relevant Shopify products.
Suppliers do not need a ComplyDock or Shopify account. They respond through the private link created for a specific request.
Core workflow
The app onboarding introduces the same sequence when a merchant opens a new ComplyDock workspace for the first time.
Bring the product references you want to manage into ComplyDock. Your plan determines how many products can remain active.
Save the supplier contact, then assign only the Shopify products supplied by that company.
Choose the assigned products and information needed. The supplier receives a private, expiring response link.
Accept, reject, or return submitted fields and eligible documents before anything can be published.
Create an approved publication and use the ComplyDock theme app block to display eligible information on the storefront.
Detailed guides
Prepare clear product-scoped questions, send the secure request, and review the supplier's response.
Organise document purpose, product context, issue and expiry dates, and merchant review decisions.
Publish eligible approved fields and add the ComplyDock block to a Shopify product template.
Merchant control
Receiving an answer is not the same as approving or publishing it. ComplyDock keeps review decisions and publication separate so the merchant controls which eligible approved values reach Shopify.
ComplyDock organises merchant-supplied and supplier-provided product information. It does not determine which requirements apply, provide legal advice, certify products, or guarantee regulatory compliance.
