What Amazon asks for
Amazon’s seller guidance covers manufacturer contact details, EU Responsible Person information where applicable, and warning or safety documents and images. Follow the requirements shown for your offers in Seller Central.
Amazon Open Beta
Connect an authorised Seller Central account to a separate ComplyDock workspace. Import selected listing references, assign suppliers, request structured product information and eligible supporting documents, then review supplier responses.
Beta information reviewed:
ComplyDock does not currently publish or push approved information back to Amazon. Approval in ComplyDock does not update Seller Central, Amazon listings or Amazon compliance submissions.
Use Amazon’s own Seller Central compliance tools to submit the information Amazon asks for. Keep important records and check requirements and outcomes in Seller Central.
Seller Central connection
Start from the Amazon access link, choose your Seller Central region and authorise ComplyDock through Amazon. After authorisation, open the Amazon workspace and select an available marketplace. You do not need to install the Shopify app first.
Amazon and Shopify workspaces remain separate. Products, suppliers, requests and review records are not automatically synchronised between them.
ComplyDock can import selected listing references from the chosen marketplace: listing title, seller SKU, ASIN where available, and marketplace identifier. The current import does not include barcodes.
Select the listings you want to manage within your workspace capacity. Synchronisation refreshes their references; it does not prove the listing is compliant or copy supplier answers back to Amazon.
Supplier collection and merchant review
Add a supplier in the Amazon workspace, assign the imported products, and create a request for the selected products. Choose the supported information you need and set a response date.
Ask for manufacturer information, responsible-party information where relevant, warnings, instructions and eligible supporting documents. The supplier responds through a private, expiring link without an Amazon or ComplyDock account.
Review supplier answers and eligible private files against the product concerned. Accept or reject supported fields and documents individually; acceptance records your decision in ComplyDock.
Return fields and product-linked documents with feedback, then send the correction request. The supplier can correct returned items through a replacement link. Already accepted fields remain locked; shared documents without a product link cannot be returned for correction.
Product records retain supplier-submission context, review decisions and revision history. These records help you trace the source of information; they do not verify supplier statements or authenticate documents.
Supporting-document uploads depend on the entitlement enabled in your Amazon workspace. The Free plan does not include uploads. Where enabled, requested PDF, PNG and JPEG files remain private for merchant review.
Amazon requirements, legislation and your workflow
Amazon’s seller guidance covers manufacturer contact details, EU Responsible Person information where applicable, and warning or safety documents and images. Follow the requirements shown for your offers in Seller Central.
Article 19 of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 addresses manufacturer contact details, the responsible person where relevant, product identification, and warnings or safety information in distance-sale offers.
ComplyDock keeps selected listing references, supplier requests, structured responses, eligible files and merchant review decisions together. This can support preparation before or alongside your Seller Central work.
You determine which rules apply to each product and market, which evidence is needed, whether supplier answers are suitable, and what must be submitted to Amazon. ComplyDock does not appoint an EU Responsible Person or guarantee Amazon acceptance.

ComplyDock organises information supplied by merchants and their authorised contacts. It does not determine legal applicability, verify supplier claims, authenticate files, assess legal sufficiency, certify products or guarantee compliance. This workflow does not replace legal advice or Amazon’s own compliance tools.
